The board of National Mediation Conference invites you to participate in Australia’s premier conference on dispute resolution. The 11th National Mediation Conference will be held from 10 to 13 September 2012 at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre, New South Wales.

The working theme of the conference is: Emerging dynamics in mediation—new thinking, new practices, new relationships. The proposed conference program will be carried across four streams: culture, community, commerce and competence; with a broad range of topics including, but not limited to:

  • Aged and special needs
  • Sport and recreation
  • Industrial and workplace
  • Cultural diversity
  • The environment
  • Indigenous and community mediation
  • Accreditation and training.

The conference aims to present a program which is innovative, stimulating, thought-provoking and entertaining by offering networking and learning opportunities to new and experienced mediators and dispute managers.
